Senior Frontend Engineer, Lokalise

• +5 years of experience in frontend development, with strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, React, modern CSS, semantic HTML, and current web development tools and best practices
• Experience in building and optimizing high-performance, responsive, and accessible frontend applications
• Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns
• Proven experience in testing, including unit and integration
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, time management and communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic remote startup environment

• This squad is responsible for managing parts of our flagship product, such as AI Translations, AI Automations and much more, helping our customers streamline their localisation processes, making them seamless and cost-effective while maintaining high-quality standards
• Design, develop, test, and manage new features across the application, as well as maintain and further expand current features
• Balance quality and speed of delivery to enable fast cycles
• Work in a cross-functional team with a Product Manager, UX Designer, Engineering Manager and a team of experienced engineers to identify opportunities, and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Mentor other engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Gain in-depth product knowledge and become familiar with the software localization process over the globe
• Offer and promote your improvement ideas on overall product scope, leveraging your expertise
