Who you are
- We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for event marketing and a desire to gain hands-on experience with marketing systems such as Hubspot

- Strong interest in event marketing and digital marketing tools
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Familiarity with HubSpot or a strong willingness to learn the platform
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with social media platforms and email marketing is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
What the job involves
- Full-time during summer, Tues/Thurs once back in school
- The Marketing Intern will support the planning, execution, and analysis of various marketing events and help manage our HubSpot CRM. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events, including webinars, trade shows, and virtual conferences
- Support CRM (HubSpot) and database clean-up and governance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event promotion strategies and materials
- Support the execution of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and attendee communication
- Utilize HubSpot to manage event registrations, track engagement, and analyze event performance
- Create and schedule email campaigns, social media posts, and other marketing collateral to promote events
- Assist in post-event follow-up activities, including surveys, reporting, and lead nurturing
- Conduct market research to identify new event opportunities and trends
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed
