Executive Assistant, Scope3

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills; ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Notion
• Meticulous approach to international travel coordination and execution, e.g, curating thoughtful restaurant bookings, contingency planning etc
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels
• High level of attention to detail; ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems

Desirable

• We are excited to add a London-based Executive Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our Chief Operating Officer
• This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth global operation of the company and contributing to Scope3's mission of sustainability in the advertising ecosystem
• Provide high-level administrative support to the COO, including but not limited to: calendar management, managing executive travel, arranging essential internal and external meetings
• Handle confidential information and communications with discretion
• Coordinate and prioritise incoming requests and inquiries, ensuring they are addressed in a timely and efficient manner
• Act as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining consistent and effective communication and professional relationships
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned
