FP&A and Business Operations Manager, FRVR

• Ability to translate data insights into strategic direction

• This isn’t your traditional FP&A role—it’s an opportunity to shape financial forecasts and drive key business decisions by analyzing and optimizing business metrics
• You’ll create insightful dashboards, track and forecast revenue, and support cross-functional initiatives. Your work will directly influence how we track and evaluate the performance of our business units, measure success, and chart our course for growth
• You’ll also prepare board materials, ensuring stakeholders understand the data that drives our decisions
• You will report directly to the COO, shaping the business strategy & performance of FRVR
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support decision-making across the organization
• Analyze key revenue and cost drivers to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement
• Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Build and refine dashboards to track business performance and KPIs in real-time
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders
• Partner with teams to define and measure success metrics for ongoing projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and track the progress of key initiatives
• Support the creation of board presentations and investor materials that highlight key metrics and business performance
• Drive efficiency and scalability in operations through process improvements and data-driven decisions
• Evaluate and report on the performance of business units, identifying trends and areas for optimization
• Collaborate closely with business leaders to forecast revenue and set performance goals
