• In this role, you will report to the Revenue Processing Director and be primarily part of the Global Revenue Allocation team (MUR in BAU). You will collaborate with the Ingestion, Contract and Interfaces teams, managing cross-reference tables, intercompany contracts, and suspense clearance
• You will work closely with external developers, internal support teams, and stakeholders across the business, gaining in-depth knowledge of the global intercompany process
• Additionally, you will engage with masterdata teams and affiliates worldwide, playing a key role in UAT testing as we refine and enhance our new business solution
• Work closely with the project team and external resources to document and maintain process flows in a clear, accurate, and accessible manner, ensuring alignment across teams
• Act as a key liaison between Finance, IT, Operations, and the Business As Usual teams
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the WMG sales flow, from the initial point of sale through accounting and integration with downstream systems
• Maintain and enhance cross-reference tables that drive revenue allocation, royalty interfaces, and management reporting, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Collaborate with product and project master data teams to validate and improve the accuracy of source information, minimising discrepancies
• Learn how the intercompany and DSP contracts are ingested and calculated. And analyse the impacts of accurate/inaccurate input
• Assist in refining contract ingestion processes, ensuring compliance with financial controls and business rules
• Work with suspense across ingestion, allocation, and interfaces, understanding validation processes and developing strategies to clear errors efficiently
• Become an expert with legacy systems and assist with customer mappings
• Maintain specific cross reference tables related to US and France regarding their Artist and Copyright system processing
• Work with the Data Services (DS) team to ensure smooth transfer of royalty transactions
