Role
Who you are
- You're passionate about using technology to make a positive impact on the world
- You're eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
- You have 2 years (or equivalent) of development experience in Python and/or Typescript
- You are proficient in one or more programming languages from Python, JavaScript/Typescript
- You have some level of familiarity with web development frameworks like React and/or Svelte, and full-stack frameworks such as Next.js and/or Sveltekit
- You have a basic understanding of database designs and database optimisation (e.g., SQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- You have a strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies and concepts
- You have some understanding of ML, specifically in NLP and geometric machine learning
Desirable
- You have expertise in Rust
- You have experience working with Knowledge Graphs
- You have experience working on Natural Language Processing projects
- You have experience in the ESG sector
What the job involves
- You will collaborate with the founders of Radiant on developing core business logic for our AI-driven solutions in Rust/Python/Typescript
- You will develop features and functionalities in our REST and Websocket API in Rust
- You will contribute to both front-end and back-end development tasks
- You will participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products
- You will take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, with opportunities to grow into larger responsibilities over time
