Social Media Manager, Nodpod

• 2+ years of social media marketing experience with corporate brand or agency experience a plus
• BA or BS required (Marketing, Business, Communications, English, or related field a plus)
• Strong level of proficiency with social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager and other social planning and reporting tools
• Have a solid understanding of what content drives engagement on each platform. A creative and innovative mindset, always looking for fresh, out-of-the-box ideas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism

Desirable

• Develop, execute and manage social media strategy and marketing campaigns across social channels including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and TikTok
• Create weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly social media recaps highlighting KPI (i.e. follower growth, engagement rate, top/bottom post)
• Schedule, create tracking links, and manually post social content as needed (including weekends as needed)
• Read, respond and engage with followers’ comments on social media channels, working closely with customer service team to provide excellent customer experience
• Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure integrated marketing approach across design, web, SMS, and email channels
• Curate the brands Instagram cadence, pulling photography and graphics from seasonal campaigns, user-generated content, influencer content, and more
