Who you are
- Currently enrolled in Law or a related field with availability to support us for at least 20hours per week
- Ability to understand and process complex legal information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluent German is a plus
- Proactive and capable of managing tasks independently
- Experience with Microsoft Office; experience with legal software is a plus

- We are looking for a committed and eager-to-learn working student who is interested in tenancy law and wants to gain practical experience in a renowned global real estate company to join our Legal Real Estate team in Berlin as soon as possible
- In this position, you will have the opportunity to gain insight into the legal aspects of real estate and apply your theoretical knowledge from your studies in practice
- Tenant Dispute Support: Assist in the legal review of tenancy-related disputes and manage correspondence with tenants and legal representatives
- Legal Research: Conduct research on legal topics and assist in preparing reports and presentations for the legal team
- Contract Management: Support in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts and other legal documents
- Document Management: Organize and maintain legal records and documentation
- Communication: Liaise with internal departments, external lawyers, and public authorities to exchange information and handle legal inquiries
- Court Support: Assist in preparing documents for legal proceedings and hearings
- Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the legal team
