Who you are
- This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of AI & automation, experience executing automation projects end-to-end, and expertise in CPQ, Salesforce, and contract lifecycle management within a SaaS business
- Experience: 2+ years of experience working in a Deal Desk or Order Management role or equivalent. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to identifying risks and opportunities, with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics platforms. Have experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, DocuSign DocGen, and Ironclad CLM
- Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly articulate value propositions and renewal strategies
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a proactive approach to managing challenges

- Experience working in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Deal Operations Analyst at Webflow to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will focus on driving automation initiatives from start to finish, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring seamless operations within our go-to-market teams
- You’ll work cross-functionally to implement AI-powered automation, enhance CPQ and Salesforce workflows, and improve contract lifecycle management. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and have some initial customer interaction to facilitate a smooth transition from sales to post-sales

- Automation & Process Optimization: Lead end-to-end automation initiatives within Revenue Operations, leveraging AI to improve efficiency within systems including Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Slack, and Census
- CPQ & Salesforce Optimization: Manage CPQ workflows and optimize Salesforce processes to enhance deal execution and reporting. Ownership of deal approvals as part of our order management process
- Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, post-sales, and customers on renewals processing, streamlining handoffs, enhancing automation adoption, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Support automation of contract workflows, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Risk Mitigation & Continuous Improvement: Identify Quote to Cash inefficiencies, propose solutions, and drive operational improvements
- Metrics & Reporting: Track automation impact, report key deal desk-related metrics, and ensure data accuracy. Partner with BizTech on CPQ-related error resolution
- In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role
Our take
No-code development systems allow users to create and publish the kind of output that was once only possible with the help of a team of developers. Webflow is one such platform that allows non-developers to create professional websites without knowing any code. It joins others such as Pantheon, Weebly, Squarespace, and Wix in a hotly-contested low-code development market. While competition is high, so too is demand, with low-code platforms accounting for more than 65% of application development activity in 2024.
The popularity of platforms such as Webflow is perhaps not surprising, as low-code development is usually cheaper for companies to implement and reduces time to market. Webflow has been used by over 3.5 million designers and teams to create sites for companies including enterprise brands such as Dell, Rakuten, UpWork, and Petal. It raised a large amount of funding in a Series C round in 2022. This is being used to further develop its platform, with a longer-term goal of pivoting to providing a no-code tool not only for websites, but software development as well.
