Product Manager, Angle Health

• Have 3-5 years of experience in a Product Management role with a focus on building technology products
• Experience supporting market introduction and go-to-market activities
• Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to use data to drive insights
• Seek to understand the business strategy and needs of our users
• Proven ability to be highly collaborative and bridge the gap between teams
• Are an independent worker and self-starter
• Understanding of front-end and back-end technologies and empathizing with how member experience is impacted by functionality

Desirable

• The Product Manager is responsible for employer experience and our communication/messaging services across different interaction points of our health insurance offerings on the web and mobile applications to ensure a seamless experience
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing the product roadmap and deriving and applying analytical insights to drive optimization
• You will engage daily with cross-functional teams to align efforts on business strategy and own products from development to delivery to market and beyond
• Advocate for customers by having a deep understanding of needs in the market
• Ability to focus initiatives to drive key performance indicators
• Own and manage requirements documentation and maintain the details of multiple complex projects without losing focus of the big picture
• Lead the charge in organizing cross-functional teams to get features and products from concept through launch
• Provide input for market/competitor insights, value proposition, business case creation, positioning, pricing, and product roadmap for products for our customers
