Who you are
- We’re looking for a driven, strategic, and results-oriented Senior Account Executive ready to own the full sales cycle and drive outbound growth in the French market
- We’re looking for a proven Account Executive with solid years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in SaaS / Tech / FinTech
- You're a pro at managing a clean, high-performing pipeline. You know your CRM inside-out, keeping every deal, note, and stage up to date. You bring structure and clarity to the sales process, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- You bring an entrepreneurial mindset to your prospecting. You're not just here to close, you're here to build, test, and improve the entire approach. You build your own pipeline from scratch, finding smart, creative ways to engage prospects
- Strong outbound sales experience, including both digital and in-person prospecting (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, events, webinars, etc.)
- A solid grasp of structured sales methodologies (ex: MEDDIC or similar), with the ability to coach and inspire others
- You’re hungry and driven, motivated by challenge and ready to win market share in a competitive space
- You thrive on autonomy and initiative, with the ability to create your own pipeline and opportunities in a mature market
- You're curious and commercially aware, always keeping an eye on the competition and staying ahead of market trends (e.g. industry events like the Congrès EC)
What the job involves
- As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll drive new business growth by identifying potential partners and converting them into successful partnerships. Working closely with our SDR and Marketing teams, you’ll own and manage the full 360° sales cycle (from out-reach, demo to closing) while aligning with the Head of New Business to support our strategic goals
- Proactively build and nurture a healthy sales pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts using a mix of outbound strategies (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, webinars, events) and inbounds
- Develop & demonstrate consultative selling techniques
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, understanding their needs and challenges, and tailoring solutions to demonstrate the value and impact of our product in a competitive and evolving market
- Contribute to the evolution of the sales process by sharing best practices, improving internal workflows, and supporting the team with coaching and peer learning - becoming a reliable go-to person within the sales team
- Meet the targeted revenue goal each month
Our take
Dext was the first software company to automatically process information from uploaded images of receipts and invoices, cutting down the time lost to manually sorting them.
There's a good in-built virality for this kind of business, with accountants recommending the product to their customers as it makes both of their lives easier.
Dext has made several key hires to continue its growth trajectory, including a new CEO, CPO and Technology Officer. It will be important for them to continue to stay at the forefront of the technology, add on more useful features and continue forging partnerships with accountancy companies to stay ahead of the competition.
