Who you are
- 3-5 years of direct sales experience preferably in the affiliate marketing, digital marketing or SaaS product industries
- Goal oriented and driven towards maximizing financial and career growth
- Confident communicator who is comfortable interacting with clients via teleconferencing and in person
- Team player with ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy including all MS Office applications and Salesforce
What the job involves
- The Senior SME Sales Manager Americas position will play a crucial role in accelerating the growth of Awin’s presence with a strong focus on The Americas
- This strategic role focuses on educating and guiding small and medium sized advertisers through the value proposition of Awin’s affiliate marketing platform and managed services
- The role involves identifying and engaging prospective advertisers, building strong relationships, and offering tailored solutions that demonstrate the effectiveness of Awin’s platform to drive performance and business growth
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals, and effectively communicate how our product/service can address their specific requirements
- Adopt a consultative & mature approach, engaging with senior decision-makers about strategic market trends, industry progression and online developments
- Deliver persuasive and compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the unique value proposition of our product/service
- Drive and oversee the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to a signed contract and internal handoff
- Develop & maintain an accurate North America and Global prospect/sales pipeline daily of all sales activities, leads and interactions using Salesloft, Lead IQ, Salesforce CRM system
- Conduct targeted outbound prospecting efforts to identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other channels
