Marketing Specialist, OhmConnect

• Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or a closely related field and is ready to plug into a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable executing in backend systems
• Ability to communicate effectively to any level of the company showing great interpersonal skills
• Work efficiently and within deadlines on multiple projects at the same time
• High organizational skills with knack to see and act on process optimizations where needed
• Minimum 2 years Digital Marketing experience, preferably with email, paid social and affiliate marketing
• Minimum 2 years Project Management experience, including with PM tools like Asana, and Jira
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, closely related field or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google products

Desirable

• As part of the marketing team you operate as a guiding and executing hand bringing projects from initial ideation stages to final completion
• You work with internal marketing, business development and engineering teams as well as partner marketing teams to define project scope and requirements, present to the teams to generate solutions and campaigns
• You also liaise between the many different moving parts and complexities of any given project, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
• This position requires a unique blend of interpersonal skill, communication acumen and the ability to multitask while retaining attention to detail
• In addition, projects that you work on require not only carrying out tasks independently and accurately, but also a strong strategic and organizational sense to ensure overlapping timelines and requirements do not hinder progress
• Collaborate closely with marketing and business development teams to determine project scope and requirements
• Work with the marketing lead to determine campaign deliverables, optimizations and timelines
• Create and manage creative and engineering tasks in accordance to stakeholders’ requests
• Liaise between all relevant parties to ensure projects are developed, revised and presented in a timely manner
• Ensure that viewpoints are represented in all aspects of work and that our creative vision is able to be realized
• Set up and monitor partner promotions
• Own portions of the project execution yourself and drive completion forward
• Prioritize with purpose at a fast-paced start-up environment
