Role
Who you are
- SaaS Sales experience (SDR/BDR/AE) - at least 3 years
- You either have a first experience in team leadership or you are a top performing senior SDR who has participated in onboarding new team mates
- Bilingual French/English (France team, very international context)
- Adaptability in the way they handle their interlocutors, whether they are members of the team or prospects
- Driven by data: we cannot improve what we do not measure
- Structured and looking for the "hack" to break bad habits, in you or your team
- A true motivator to their team members, through your interactions & setting an example during prospecting sessions

What the job involves
- As we continue to grow and acquire more and bigger clients, our sales team moves forward in constant development
- As part of our Sales team (including Business Development, Account Executives, Sales Operations and Sales Engineering), you would play a key role in helping us lead outbound strategy for the French market
- The SDR France team consists of 12 people - they are a very welcoming team, appreciative of collaboration, feedback, and constant growth
- This role is about helping us guide 6 of our SDRs in the team, and we already have another Team Lead who is caring for the rest of them
- The objective is to have you participate in the recruitment, onboarding and coaching of the team and enable them to reach their targets
- Our Global Head of Business Development, Tom Meijer, is highly skilled and an excellent coach
- He would be the person guiding you through this role and helping you learn how to become the best Lead for your team

- 6 outbound SDRs whose performance you guarantee
- Participation in the recruitment of your future SDRs
- Onboarding & ongoing training of your team, in collaboration with the Knowledge, Ops teams & the rest of the SDR team (SDR University)
- Daily animation of prospecting & team activity
- Collaborate with our Growth, Ops & Marketing teams to find new sources of pipeline generation
- Support SDRs in lead generation (extra-listings, prospecting during team sessions)
- Ensure the good performance of their pipeline and a clear handover to the Sales team
- With your entire team, generation of a monthly total of opportunities to convert for our Sales
- Contribute to cross-team projects in collaboration with the rest of the SDR/Sales team and the teams in charge
- Participation in continuous process improvement
