Who you are

- If you’re passionate about telling a story, and have a knack for translating the technology to the masses, we’d love to hear from you
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the machine vision, automation, or technology industry and/or AI/ML startups with hybrid product and software
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand gen strategies
- Experience marketing to technical audiences (engineers, plant managers, operations leaders)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, Salesforce and automation tools
- Self-starter with a sense of humor, who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic, sometimes undefined startup environment
- Preferred, but not required be located in/around our HQ in South Pasadena, CA
- Nice to have qualifications: Familiarity with compliance, QA, and deployment processes in manufacturing or logistics

- Elementary Robotics is seeking a strategic and hands-on marketing leader to build and execute a comprehensive marketing function from the ground up
- You’ll work closely with leadership, engineering and sales to further position our technology as a brand leader, create high-impact campaigns, and own demand generation across channels

- As the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of industry trends, customer needs and engineering roadmaps
- This is a highly visible and critical role, with the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s growth trajectory
- Own and refine the company’s current brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition for both industrial and enterprise buyers globally
- Analyze competitors, customer feedback and market trends to inform strategic direction, influence product roadmaps, and create content, collateral and campaigns to drive business
- Develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads, incorporating feedback from the sales leads to drive effective strategies
- Manage paid, organic, email, and event-based campaigns to support pipeline goals
- Own KPIs across MQLs, SQLs and conversion rates in coordination with the sales team and leadership
- Drive creation of compelling content: white papers, blog posts, case studies, videos, webinars, and sales collateral
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to communicate complex AI technology in a clear and engaging way
- Manage public relations, media outreach, customer advisory committee feedback loops, and thought leadership efforts
- Continue driving improvements to our website
- Partner with product and engineering teams to launch new features and define positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation
- Enable sales with tools, training, and content aligned to buyer needs
- Plan and execute our presence at trade shows, webinars, and industry events
- Build relationships with key influencers, partners, and communities in the AI and industrial automation space
Our take
Given the current manufacturing market dynamics, the demand for Elementary's AI machine vision platform for quality and inspection in manufacturing has been overwhelming. Traditionally, robotics have been built on rigid programming. However, modern advances in computer vision have allowed companies like Elementary to develop intelligent robot assistants built on AI and computer vision input.
As the world has shifted to requiring automated solutions to address labor constraints, Elementary's customers have needed automated inspection solutions to keep pace with their quality goals.
To further support customers, Elementary partners with companies like Rapid Robotics, which helps manufacturers solve their labor shortages with its ready-to-work Rapid Machine Operator. Elementary plans to expand operations internationally and continue to recruit top talent to stay on top of the competition.
