Associate Renewals Manager, Workiva

• High school/secondary school education
• 1 year of related experience in SaaS sales or renewals
• Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office

Desirable

• The Associate Renewals Manager works directly with existing Workiva customers while building a book of business
• The Associate Renewals Manager will focus on renewing subscriptions and services on-time while providing the highest level of customer service throughout the entire quote-to-cash cycle
• You will bring effective time management skills to the role, and a growth attitude as you obtain mastery of coordinating, defining, and executing renewal strategies and messaging
• You will build relationships with Sales, Accounting, Legal, and Customer Success in managing subscriptions and supporting Workiva’s renewal strategy and process
• Support existing programs to maximize company revenue and resolve customer-related contract issues
• Be a point of contact with Account Managers to proactively coordinate subscription opportunities and/or resolve issues that may hinder them from maintaining a relationship with Workiva
• Uncover accounts that may be at risk and develop plans to mitigate and bring them to closure
• Use the facts found in the needs analysis phase to present a compelling demonstration of the Workiva suite of products and services to create a customer belief that they must have Workiva products
• Naturally lead the renewal sales process to a close by understanding the competitive landscape and demonstrating Workiva's superior value proposition
• Review and validate installed base reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information to pursue accounts for renewal
• Maintain strong customer relationships to help grow the business
• Update customer relationship management tools regularly and timely manner
• Provide consistent and accurate forward-looking information through pipeline analysis
• Plan and execute sales strategy with purposeful action to complete the sale and optimize profits
• Prioritize selling activities and follow through in a timely fashion
• Communicate regularly with a base of accounts that have the potential to increase subscriptions or XBRL services
