• In this high-impact role, you will contribute to Process Optimization: Help identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and support the development of robust, automated processes that support Kaluza's hyper-growth. Ensuring defect free playbook-based processes that can scale at speed
• Support Critical Projects: Assist in the end-to-end execution of operational projects that enhance our ability to deliver at speed and at scale
• Drive Operational Excellence: Support the team in seeking out new features, tools, and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency
• Help Manage Key Relationships: Assist in overseeing critical vendor and partner relationships as needed, supporting performance tracking and negotiations
