Who you are
- 3-7 years of experience as a CRO specialist or similar role
- You get motivated by test results and increasing business values
- Collaborating with our other offices is no problem for you
- You're able to share you're knowledge and learnings with the other CRO Specialists in Europe and designers
- Able to commute to our office in Toronto
What the job involves
- As our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) specialist, your primary goal is to improve conversion rates on our landing pages and websites, with a data-driven approach to testing
- You will develop and optimize the process of A/B testing, user testing, conversion-focused design, statistical analysis, and optimization using a variety of industry-leading tools while ensuring all learnings are effectively shared across the organization
- You'll be reporting results, findings, learnings, and ideas
- Improving and optimizing Leads.io conversion & strategy
- Running A/B testing, developing hypotheses and recommendations for site improvements based on qualitative and quantitative analysis/research
- Guide CRO specialists through wider knowledge and facilitate their learning development
- Provide ongoing recommendations to help stakeholders (such as Marketers and Sales) deliver on key metrics and KPIs, through continuous website testing and user experience improvements
