Who you are
- 8+ years leading complex, cross-functional, global programs in SaaS based products
- Proficient using Atlassian Toolset: Jira, Confluence, Portfolio/Advanced Reporting, Productboard
- Proficient in metrics gathering and usage via Tableau and Pendo
- S degree in Computer science or a related comparable field of study
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them to various audiences
- Ability to build and foster strong relationships across the organization
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to synthesize data and present it in a clear manner
- Experience with tracking program metrics
- Good written, verbal communication- Expert collaborator

- Equally confident in working with executive team members as working with software developers and individual contributors
- Experience working with Data Science and Data Analytics
- Distill complex and nuanced requirements into understandable concepts for all relevant internal partners

What the job involves
- The Senior Program Manager will lead and motivate our teams by introducing efficient processes, driving innovative and measurable solutions to maximize efficiency for team members, while working in unison with the product development teams to create the best experiences for our customers. This role will be responsible for managing programs of large scope, impact, and complexity through all phases of the product life cycle
- Partner with Product, UX, & Engineering teams on defining roadmaps, aligning on timelines
- Ensure product teams have are sufficiently resourced to deliver upon commitments
- Autonomously craft and communicate a concise narrative that unites disparate groups of people, including company leaders, around key business objectives and drivers
- At a project level, work with implementation teams to determine realistic schedules to launch new products and features
- Build and implement communication plans that identify who, when, what, and how to disseminate information, to drive intended outcomes, executing in a measured and balanced way for the full spectrum of audiences relevant to business objectives
- Autonomously create and set the gold standard for others to follow; developing templates, processes, frameworks for team as needed
- Drive scope/timeline discussion, track, identify, & resolve program interdependencies, risks/issues, milestones, and program artifacts across various project tracks to ensure successful project implementation and rollout
- Prepare and maintain program dashboards and status reports for Steering Committee/Executive briefings check point, along with all program level communications
- Present information to technical or non-technical audiences ranging from team level meetings through to Executive briefs and updates

This allows teams to accurately prioritise accounts that are most likely to buy, greatly increasing conversion rates and sales figures. This has led to it being taken up by major enterprises including Dell Technologies, Shell and Cisco, to name a few.
6sense has raised a large amount of capital over multiple funding rounds and now has a $5.2 billion valuation. The company remains focused on research and development to maintain its market lead and is working to improve its AI's predictive, insight, and orchestration capabilities. At the end of 2023, it launched a LinkedIn integration that allowed 6Sense customers to launch targeted LinkedIn marketing campaigns through its AI platform.
