Role
Who you are
- Experience of recruiting within the tech space (ideally some experience working contract/affiliate roles in an agency environment)
- The ability to recruit across the whole tech landscape, ideally with some experience in hiring contract technical roles
- Experience of hiring at pace, both sourcing and headhunting talent across a variety of locations and levels
- Process oriented mindset along with strong administration experience
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing strategies i.e. Linkedin Recruiter
- Good stakeholder management experience including working with key stakeholders to overcome recruitment challenges and provide regular market insight
- Ability to build strong relationships with lots of different ANDi’s across clubs

- As a Talent Acquisition Partner you’ll be responsible for finding and assessing the suitability of experienced tech candidates for AND Digital
Our take
Having realised a growing demand for digital transformation, AND Digital set out to bridge the gap for companies between the need to improve their digital capability and their ability to attract and retain tech talent. Using a 'club' based model, the company operates with autonomous units, allowing them to serve the needs of their clients in an agile way whilst also being able to access the wider resources available to a company of its size.
AND Digital works on a disruptive model that upturns existing company processes to truly offer a comprehensive digital transformation solution, with services in consulting, app development, UX and design, and more.
With funding secured from the Business Growth Fund, the next few years are set out to be an interesting time for AND Digital. The company has been well poised to deal with the increased demand for digital capabilities brought on by the pandemic, but the real test will be whether it can sustain this moving forward through its unique approach to building, training and coaching.
