Who you are
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics
- Experience in targeting Marketing and IT Executives (B2B2C experience a plus)
- A collaborative and passionate leader, able to provide direction, inspiration and experience in assessing, managing and building high performing teams
- A strategic thinker with an ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention in the B2B market
- Ability to work as a player/coach – no task is too big or small if it supports the team or mission
- Proven track record of doing account-based marketing and industry marketing in partnership with a direct sales team that drives results in large enterprise accounts with executive level buyers
- Exceptional written and oral communications skills, effective in both formal and informal settings
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment in which high growth is the norm

- Thought Leadership: Define and implement Punchh’s marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives
- Product Positioning: Develop compelling messaging and positioning strategies for Punchh’s product portfolio
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends to refine marketing approach
- Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and materials to effectively communicate value propositions
- Content Creation: Create high quality sales tools, collateral, and product content to support marketing and sales efforts
- Metrics and Analysis: Establish and track applicable marketing KPI’s, taking a data driven approach to measuring the effectiveness of Punchh marketing efforts and ensuring business goals are met
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including product management, sales and marketing to align strategies that drive Punchh’s success
- Leadership: Manage, coach and develop a team of marketing professionals
