Who you are
- The ideal candidate is a highly skilled visual storyteller who can develop and execute innovative digital and print designs that elevate our brand across global marketing initiatives
- This role requires a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances creativity with business goals, and consistently delivers high-quality work under tight deadlines
- 10+ years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required; After Effects and Premiere a plus) and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through production across multiple media
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to uphold brand integrity
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Portfolio of professional work showcasing both creativity and execution across digital and print formats
What the job involves
- Saviynt is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house corporate creative team
- You will conceptualize, design, and deliver creative solutions that align with Saviynt’s corporate brand strategy—working on everything from digital campaigns and event materials to presentations and web assets
- Conceptualize, design, and execute compelling creative assets for branding, digital advertising, print collateral, presentations, and web content
- Translate creative briefs into impactful visual concepts that align with Saviynt’s brand standards
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, corporate design, and global creative teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Maintain brand consistency and quality across all creative deliverables
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines
- Present creative concepts and deliverables to internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Incorporate feedback thoughtfully and iterate designs for optimal outcomes
- Support the Creative Director in developing new visual strategies and maintaining brand evolution
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh perspectives to the team
Our take
Sayvint’s Identity Governance and Administration platform helps secure access to corporate systems in the cloud such as Workday, Office 365, AWS, Salesforce, SAP and Hadoop. It was created to offer an innovative, modern solution as its founder believed that existing identity services were not optimized.
By spending its early years in stealth mode, developing its product technology and switching to a cloud based model, the company was well prepared for a quick up-scale. This has been achieved partly because of the fact that it favours targeting large companies, boasting clients like Marriott, BP, KuppingerCole and Toyota Connected.
Sayvint faces a major rival in the form of SailPoint, which was an earlier entrant in the space, and went public sooner. However, Sayvint is growing rapidly and has converted some notable customers from SailPoint in the process. The company has continually invested in its platform to maintain a competitive edge, earning industry recognition along the way, and has recently concentrated on securing new customers and growing its partner ecosystem.
