Who you are
- You are a Finance or Accountant student with a strong academic record (degree level)
- You are intellectually curious and eager to learn new concepts
- You have basic proficiency in Excel tools and comfort working with data
- You have analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- You have some experience in finance roles or volunteering
- You are self-motivated and able to manage time effectively
- You have enthusiasm for startups and interest in the crypto space
- You are open to taking initiative and owning responsibilities
- You are a team player able to collaborate effectively
- You have an ability to deliver high quality results under tight deadlines
- You are hungry to gain hands-on accounting experience and accelerate your finance career
What the job involves
- In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, including processing invoices, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end close activities
- You will work closely with the Finance Lead and Treasury team while interacting with various departments across the business
- Managing day-to-day accounts and payable activities
- Processing invoices, expenses, and employee reimbursements
- Preparing bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Assist with bank applications and KYB documentation
- Compiling data and generating reports for financial planning
- Assisting with monthly close processes and account analysis
- Maintaining organised records of financial transactions
- Helping streamline accounting procedures and documentation
- Providing support on special projects and ad-hoc requests
- Learning new fintech tools and crypto accounting methods
- Gaining exposure to startup finance operations and strategy
- Building your technical skills in Excel, accounting software, and data visualisation
- Working collaboratively with internal finance and cross-functional teams
- Continuously improving processes through attention to detail

- 30 minute google meet with our People and Talent Coordinator
- 1 hour google meet with our Finance Lead
- Skills assessment test
- Final 1 hour google meet with our CFO and Treasury Operations Lead
