Who you are
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
- Typically requires 7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex products or platforms and leadership of cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Desirable
- Strong experience in product strategy, roadmap management, and agile product delivery
- Understanding of data modeling, data pipelines, Snowflake infrastructure, and API design is highly desirable
- Experience working with data-driven products, analytics platforms, or cloud-based solutions
- Familiarity with Atlassian Confluence and Jira for product planning, documentation, backlog management, and agile delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Proven ability to balance customer needs, technical considerations, and business objectives
What the job involves
- The Senior Product Manager is responsible for driving product strategy, roadmap execution, and successful delivery of product initiatives
- This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, data, analytics, and business teams, to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that meet customer and organizational objectives
- The Senior Product Manager identifies and removes organizational, technical, and operational barriers, ensuring products are delivered efficiently and generate measurable business value
- Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning priorities with business goals and customer needs
- Lead cross-functional teams to define, develop, launch, and enhance product offerings
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through delivery, ensuring timely execution and successful adoption
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and data teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Identify and resolve organizational, technical, and operational challenges that may impact product delivery
- Establish and track product success metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to inform product decisions and prioritization
- Engage with customers and key stakeholders to gather feedback, define requirements, and ensure product-market fit
- Facilitate agile product development practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmap communication
- Build strong partnerships across departments to ensure successful product execution and realization of business value
