Role
Who you are
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our growing team
- Someone who is maniacally focused on two things: (1) generating leads, and (2) closing opportunities
- Someone who is 99th percentile in the following:
- Prospecting into named accounts to identify manual processes that Klarity can automate
- Identifying and qualifying the right leads/people to work with
- Engaging in a consultative sales process conversations with key stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their business challenges, goals, and objectives
- Value-based selling
- Post-sale account management and relationship building to drive upsell and cross-sell
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of selling to enterprise clients
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, organizational structures, and decision-making dynamics
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation concepts, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with C-level executives and senior leaders
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Proficiency in SFDC
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events
What the job involves
- In this position, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities with enterprise clients while also working with our install base to expand our current customers’ adoption of GenAI with Klarity
- You will leverage your expertise in enterprise SaaS sales and understanding of enterprise needs within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process to position Klarity effectively and deliver value to our customers
- Sell the value of Klarity and demonstrate how it addresses the specific needs and pain points in the Order-to-Cash enterprise landscape
- Collaborate closely with the partnership and marketing team to develop and execute strategic sales plans, campaigns, and initiatives
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sale account management

While document automation isn’t a new concept, early solutions in the market still required an element of human review as they only provided partial automation. Klarity developed a fully automated AI software, replacing the need for human review for over 85% of document types.
The company has seen substantial growth as it continues to scale its product to meet the needs of enterprise and midmarket customers. Its software has reviewed many thousands of contracts for some of the world’s most innovative high-growth companies including Open AI, Optimizely and Zoom.
Well funded, Klarity’s latest raise is cited to help it build out its team across major functions such as engineering, product and go-to-market. The company has long-term ambitions to grow its customer base and accelerate the development of more tools to enhance its growing suite.
