Who you are
- Have 4-8 years of experience with data engineering (data modelling/data warehousing)
- Are proficient in various technologies, such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL Database, SQL Server, Power BI, Snowflake, and AWS
- Possess a strong grasp of enterprise business applications (ERP/CRM), IoT, and related processes
- Thrive in performing product demonstrations, workshops, and trainings for large groups
- Have a genuine desire to support, coach, and cultivate positive relationships with customers and partners
- Are creative in solving complex business challenges with innovative data solutions
- Are self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional time management skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively
What the job involves
- As a Solution Specialist, you will provide essential technical, functional, and design support throughout the entire sales cycle to enhance customer success, account growth, and retention
- This role is instrumental in collaborating with the Partner Development Circle to close business and ensure the successful integration of TX products
- With refined interpersonal and verbal communication skills and a deep understanding of technical sales and partner enablement, the Solution Specialist empowers partners by enhancing their technical capabilities and helping them become successful TimeXtender ambassadors and resellers
- This role involves leading all aspects of requirements and solutions integration, with a focus on enabling partners through education, training, and support, to facilitate seamless implementations and to the extent possible that partners can independently sell and implement the TimeXtender solutions
- Collaborating with Partner Development Managers (PDMs) to sell TX products through technical demonstrations and other revenue-generating activities
- Deliver and support pre-sales workshops, enablement sessions, and technical sales presentations for internal teams, partners, and customers to drive adoption and success
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for a portfolio of Partners, overseeing account health and satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
- Provide ongoing technical training and support to TimeXtender partners, including certification assistance, ensuring they meet the technical requirements to effectively sell and demo TimeXtender products
- Design and propose tailored solutions to meet specific partner and customer needs and requirements, and prepare POC based on these to be used for commercial requirements
- Provide partner and customer feedback to Product Design and Engineering Circles to guide future product enhancements and innovations
- Own and continuously update training, workshop, demo, and technical sales content, ensuring materials are current, effective, and aligned with TimeXtender’s strategic goals
- Maintain and manage technical resources required for demonstrations and training sessions, including managing software environments and cloud resources
- Renewals and Expansion: Proactively work with PDMs to secure renewals and identify upsell opportunities to expand account value
- Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer within TX, providing feedback to product design and engineering circles to guide future product enhancements and innovations
- Customer Consulting Engagement Input: Co-ordinate with Xpert Service circle to ensure the delivery and execution of consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with customer goals

In 2022, TimeXtender was acquired by Nordic investment firm Monterro. This has allowed TimeXtender to scale to serve its growing customer base and to further develop its product. As companies will increasingly need solutions to effectively collect, manage and analyse their data, TimeXtender is in a good position to develop into a market leader in this space.
