Who you are
- Due to continuous growth, our Organic Marketing Team is excited to welcome a motivated Associate Head of Content- SEO Copywriting to help us align marketing strategies with business goals to drive organizational succes
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in content creation, strategy, or management roles, including 3 years in a leadership position
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and their integration into content strategies
- Proven ability to manage and mentor diverse teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with content tools and platforms, such as CMS, analytics software, and project management tools
What the job involves
- As a Associate Head of Content, you’ll l be responsible for co-leading the content team alongside the Head of Content
- This role focuses on driving content excellence, ensuring alignment with business goals, and fostering cross-functional collaboration
- The position oversees multiple specialized teams, including Localization, Edition, Content CRO, Content Strategy, and Content Outsourcing, to deliver high-quality, impactful content that supports business growth and user engagement
- Co-lead the content department with the Head of Content, ensuring a unified approach to content creation, optimization, and delivery
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team leads across Localization, Edition, Content CRO, Content Strategy, and Content Outsourcing
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the content team
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives, user needs, and SEO goals
- Drive initiatives to enhance content performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions
- Ensure all content meets high standards of quality, relevance, and consistency
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members to build a high-performing, empowered content team
- Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to support individual and team success
- Collaborate with the SEO, Marketing, Product, and UX teams to align content with organizational strategies
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for content innovation and optimization
- Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure efficient content production and delivery
- Oversee outsourcing processes to ensure external partners deliver high-quality, on-brand content
- Implement workflows, tools, and processes to streamline collaboration and maximize productivity
- Establish KPIs for content initiatives and regularly report on performance to stakeholders
- Use analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Research and implement AI technologies to enhance processes and workflows across the Localization, Edition, Content CRO, Content Strategy, and Content Outsourcing teams
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation in content creation, optimization, and delivery
- Evaluate the effectiveness of AI tools and ensure their alignment with team goals and business objectives
