Role
Who you are
- Experience creating & managing sizeable campaigns on social and paid search channels
- Understanding of the UK markets, digital marketing channels & best practices
- Experience with performance marketing, email marketing & event coordination
- Design experience would be beneficial being able to work with images and graphics
- Strong written & verbal communication skills and a confident speaker
- Finds enjoyment in creating impactful experiences, making new connections & working in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning and working with digital platforms such as Hubspot, Airtable, Typeform etc. (don't worry if you haven't used these before!)
- A fast-learner with a data-driven approach
- Super-organised, proactive problem solver
- Excellent time management skills and comfortable with balancing a dynamic workload with multiple priorities
- Someone who goes the extra mile – you’re genuinely helpful, committed and focused on outcomes
- You are comfortable with direct outreach and cold calling by phone, and love to meet and engage with new people on a regular basis
- You are keen to use your motivation, experience and passion for working with people to tackle social challenges that you deeply care about
What the job involves
- You will be responsible for building and optimising our funnel of candidates for a number of different Zinc activities both internally & externally
- Manage Zinc owned social media accounts including content creation, scheduling & analytics
- Take responsibility for outreach to find new Venture Builder candidates for upcoming cohorts using paid social, job adverts and other partner related activities
- Promote Zinc's range of events throughout the year in the London HQ, as well as organising and coordinating events of your own with support from the team
- Own email marketing for Zinc including drafting, designing & scheduling regular emails, plus optimising for conversions using our Hubspot platform (if you've used this before, great. If not, we can show you)
- Work closely with the Senior Community Associate to manage outreach to our network of Fellows (experts, mentors & advisors to Zinc founders & teams)
- Assist the talent team with outreach for other roles within Zinc
- Be responsible for meet and greet sessions with new candidates who need to know more about what we offer at Zinc
