Marketing Manager, Solidus Labs

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving demand generation, executing marketing programs that fuel top-of-funnel growth and sales pipeline development, and directly contributing to Solidus Labs' expansion.
• This position covers both digital and field marketing responsibilities. You will lead in-person and virtual event projects, while planning and executing integrated digital campaigns across social media, email, and other channels. Proficiency in LinkedIn campaigns (i.e. LinkedIn Ads) and HubSpot are essential.
• The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, committed to producing high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
• Design, manage, and execute comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns end-to-end, leveraging LinkedIn Ads and other digital channels to drive top-of-funnel growth and lead generation
• Plan and execute integrated digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, and paid search, utilizing HubSpot for campaign execution, automation, and tracking
• Support the production of in-person and virtual events, including webinars, podcasts, roadshows, and Solidus-hosted or third-party events, ensuring they align with overall demand generation goals
• Develop and optimize audience targeting strategies for LinkedIn campaigns, utilizing advanced segmentation and retargeting techniques to maximize reach and engagement
• Leverage HubSpot for end-to-end campaign management, including email marketing, landing pages, lead nurturing workflows, and lead scoring
• Monitor campaign performance metrics across all channels, analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous optimization
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, email content, landing pages, and workflows to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns, adjusting strategies to improve ROI
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to maximize the reach and impact of joint marketing efforts
• Coordinate with media outlets and event organizers to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and campaign timelines
