Head of Internal IT, YouLend

• Proven experience leading an internal IT function, ideally in a scaling tech or fintech company
• Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and common enterprise SaaS platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow high-performing IT teams
• Experience working across multi-office, international environments with varied infrastructure and compliance needs
• Solid understanding of IT security best practices and how they intersect with legal and operational frameworks

• We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Internal IT to lead our Internal IT department and ensure our global workforce is empowered with secure, reliable, and scalable technology
• You’ll be responsible for the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure across offices in Holborn, Atlanta, and Copenhagen, and you’ll play a critical role in shaping our employee technology experience in a fast-paced fintech environment
• This is a leadership role that blends technical depth with people and vendor management. You will lead a 6-person IT team, work closely with Office Management, Security, and Legal, and help drive initiatives that support business growth, operational continuity, and compliance
• Lead and manage the Internal IT team (1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support) to provide outstanding technical support and operational excellence
• Oversee and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability
• Manage internet connectivity, networking, and infrastructure across all office locations
• Own the provisioning, lifecycle management, and security of employee laptops and endpoints
• Provide technical ownership and vendor coordination for key SaaS platforms including Jira, HubSpot, Confluence, and others
• Plan and execute IT aspects of office moves and expansions, ensuring minimal disruption and seamless setup
• Develop and maintain robust Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity plans for the employee tech stack
• Ensure IT policies and processes are aligned with legal, security, and compliance requirements
• Continuously assess and improve our IT systems, tools, and workflows in line with the company’s evolving needs
• Foster a high-performance team culture focused on ownership, responsiveness, and continuous improvement
