What the job involves
- The Senior Manager of Product Design is responsible for crafting environments and experiences that enable others to be successful
- They lead and develop a team of Product Design roles that work closely in a cross-functional team, including product managers, product designers, engineers, content creators and operations personnel to build solutions that help technology and learning leaders up-skill their organizations
- Act as a key leader-partner with Product and Technology partners to define the vision and strategy for these experiences
- Provide strategic and operational direction to the designers on your team through storytelling, removing obstacles, and promoting impactful ideas and efforts
- Strengthen and evolve the culture within the team and as a leader within the broader Design Community
- Ensure that Human Centered Design methods are used consistently to surface opportunities and deliver solutions that strengthen the value we provide our customers and improve their experiences
