What the job involves

We’re growing headcount over 100% in the next year, and we’re looking for our Founding Talent Lead to build and scale the team that powers Elyos
This is a major role - working directly with the Founders to design world-class hiring processes, shape a high-performance team, and ensure every new team member ramps successfully
You’ll own everything related to recruiting to onboarding during a hyper phase of growth. You’ll shape the most talent-dense team for Elyos
Own end to end hiring for engineering, GTM and operations
Build and run high quality and high velocity recruiting engine
Create sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent globally
Deliver a world class candidate experience, representing Elyos AI with clarity and energy
Build an amazing employer brand for Elyos
Design and deliver seamless onboarding
Get new joiners productive, fast
