RevOps Data Analyst, Claroty

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant professional work experience in data analysis, data science, or revenue operations
• Domain Expertise: Proven experience working directly within a RevOps or GTM function (Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success operations)
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience building sophisticated data models, managing data definitions, and maintaining BI infrastructure

Partnering cross-functionally with leadership, Finance, and GTM teams, you will own our data models, maintain our reporting infrastructure, and track the leading and lagging indicators that propel our business forward
• Data Modeling & Analysis: Mine, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, build predictive data models, and deliver high-impact strategic insights
• GTM Strategy & Execution: Define, track, and report on key leading and lagging performance indicators for the RevOps and broader GTM organizations
• Reporting & Dashboards: Own and manage the deployment of interactive dashboards, documentation of data definitions, and overall reporting infrastructure to ensure a single source of truth
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with other business units (such as Finance) to support data requests, align key metrics, and streamline cross-functional workflows
• Insight Delivery: Translate intricate data findings into clear, executive-ready recommendations that support strategic decision-making
