Senior Product Designer, Instacart

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably in consumer products or advertising
• You have experience working with design systems on Figma
• You have strong visual design craftsmanship and good understanding of WCAG accessibility standards
• You can conduct basic research, define challenges for the user, and design solutions in the form of user flows
• You pride yourself on unparalleled collaboration and communication skills and you look forward to partnering with PMs, engineers, designers to create beautiful products in a fast-paced, constantly evolving Consumer facing environment
• You can build a strong rationale for design decisions and articulate perspective to the team
• You are an excellent storyteller and communicator
• You are always willing to roll up your sleeves and chip in to help move a project forward – you like to move quickly and drive towards impact
• You are able to operate with minimal oversight
