- Metrics-driven leadership: ability to set clear goals and drive accountability
- Rigorous attention and management of the levers that impact the inbound, outbound, expansion, and channel funnels
- Expertise in performance marketing, demand generation, and product marketing
- Success in building a high performing, inbound-oriented GTM organizations augmented with effective & expand strategies
- Experience in orchestrating and executing channel marketing
- Global mindset with experience in a multinational environment and collaboration between local and global teams
- 5+ years in the security industry (application/web security a plus)
What the job involves
- As the Vice President of Marketing you will grow and lead our global marketing team across all marketing-related activities, including but not limited to digital marketing, event strategy, product go-to-market, customer marketing, and channel marketing
- You will lead your team to bring new products to market, develop go-to-market strategies, and execute tactics to meet new inbound, outbound, channel, and expansion pipeline goals
- You will cultivate a growth mindset in the marketing team, helping them to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, develop hypotheses, and continuously improve operations
- Taking ownership and accountability for all marketing deliverables and outcomes, including lead generation/maturation, sales collateral, conference/event planning, SEM/SEO, email campaigns, etc
- Own the inbound, outbound, expansion, and channel funnels, tracking, analyzing, and optimizing performance at each stage
- Lead our current marketing team and hire, train, manage, and lead all future marketing team members
- Build and optimize martech systems to enhance effectiveness and performance
- Drive marketing outcomes by increasing high-value leads and discovery calls through a variety of channels
- Expand the companies, markets, and verticals attracted to the product through strategic use of marketing channels and messaging

Tackling the countless false positives often generated by application security software, Invicti Security develops security programmes for web services and applications that aim to save developers and engineers hundreds of hours of time. Using proof-based scanning technology, software issues in all corners of an application can be fixed quickly and infrastructure vulnerabilities nipped in the bud before they become a problem down the line.
Even before its buyout by Summit Partners in 2021, Invicti, built from a merger of Acunetix and Netsparker, was positioned as a global leader in the AppSec industry for more than 15 years.
Since its buyout by the alternative investment fund, Invicti has risen further in prominence and visibility by becoming available on the Amazon Web Services Marketplace. This move has streamlined Invicti customer purchases and allowed for even easier deployment of the “zero noise” web security services on the cloud. Put simply, Invicti’s availability on AWS has helped it reach an even larger customer base than its already 700-strong company users, boding well for its future growth.
