- 3-5years of direct experience working and collaborating with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Existing relationships with AWS/Azure/GCP sales teams, understanding and familiarity with the Hyperscaler Partner Programs, Competencies and Tracks

What the job involves
- Cast AI is hiring an Alliances Manager to own and scale our hyperscaler partnerships with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure
- In this role, you will expand and operationalize our global partnership framework, processes, and playbooks – turning strategic cloud alliances into repeatable, revenue-driving motions
- You will build and execute our Better Together story to accelerate co-build, co-marketing, and co-sell opportunities, while directly influencing pipeline, revenue, and Marketplace adoption
- This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, Events, and Finance to ensure cloud partnerships translate into measurable business impact
- Success is defined by disciplined execution, strong partner alignment, and clear ownership of KPIs across partner-sourced opportunities, adoption, and revenue influence
- Expand Cast AI’s hyperscaler partnership framework, processes, and playbooks with AWS, GCP, and Azure – accelerating it to scale globally
- Tune and build our Better Together Story to accelerate co-build , co-marketing and co-sell opportunities
- Create, track, and expand co-sell opportunities that directly influence pipeline and revenue growth
- Collaborate with marketing, events, and product teams to deliver co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and field events that scale awareness
- Build cross-functional alignment: Work closely with Cast AI sales, SEs, product, marketing, and finance to ensure our cloud alliances translate into repeatable wins
- Measure impact relentlessly: Own KPIs around partner-sourced opportunities, adoption metrics, and revenue influence, and report them with clarity
- Drive and accelerate Marketplace adoption and transactions
Our take
Managing cloud deployments effectively to control costs has become a priority for organizations of all sizes. CAST AI drives cloud optimization and cost reduction by using AI and machine learning to analyze a company’s cloud environment to identify the resources required for maximum performance.
CAST AI’s platform supports all three major cloud service providers; Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Amazon Web Services. When cloud providers have unused machines they are typically discounted by 60-70%, however, if AWS (for example) needs that machine back, they give little warning before reclaiming it. CAST AI is able to automatically detect this, and immediately replace it, meaning companies using its platform will never experience an outage of discounted machines.
As more enterprises embrace cloud technologies, CAST AI is a strong choice of provider as it provides customers with a unified, automated platform, making Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) more efficient and budget-friendly. The company has seen considerable investment that will be spent on attracting new customers, as well as helping to expand the CAST AI range of products.
