Deal Desk Specialist, Radformation

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, data science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, finance, or a deal desk role within a SaaS environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is required
• Strong analytical and data management skills, with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with a track record of ensuring data accuracy

• The Deal Desk Specialist will play a pivotal role in the Sales Operations team, managing the end-to-end deal lifecycle with a focus on accurate bookings, renewal calculations, and optimizing pricing and discounting strategies
• This position requires a high degree of analytical expertise, operational precision, and proficiency in handling complex datasets and CRM platforms to ensure the integrity of sales data
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, and Accounting, to streamline deal approval workflows, enforce pricing policies, and support revenue growth by delivering actionable insights and operational excellence
• Review and process all sales deals, ensuring accuracy in pricing, prorations, and discounts
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to structure and approve complex deals, including custom pricing arrangements and non-standard terms
• Calculate renewal rates, mid-term adjustments, and pricing for contract amendments, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer agreements
• Accurately enter and maintain deal and customer information in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), upholding the highest standards of data integrity and consistency
• Develop and maintain tools and spreadsheets for analyzing deal performance, pricing strategies, margin analysis, and revenue impact
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance to ensure bookings align with revenue recognition policies (e.g., ASC 606) and support compliance audits
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize the deal desk process for greater efficiency, scalability, and accuracy
• Provide support for quarterly and annual sales forecasting and reporting, delivering insights into pipeline health and deal trends
• Ensure compliance with contracting and pricing policies, documenting approval processes and managing escalations for non-standard terms
