- You have gained professional experience as a System Administrator, Cloud Administrator, or in a comparable IT support role
- You are highly comfortable working within a modern, cloud-first infrastructure and understand the nuances of distributed environments
- You are exceptionally organized, knowing how to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining clear communication with various stakeholders
- You possess a hands-on mentality and enjoy challenging the status quo to find better, more efficient ways of working
- You are fluent in English and enjoy working in an international team environment
- Experience with JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and SAML/SSO authentication is a strong plus
What the job involves
- As an IT Engineer at quantilope, you are the driving force behind a modern and seamless IT infrastructure. You thrive on improving technical processes and are always eager to dive into new technologies. By collaborating with stakeholders across our global offices, you ensure that our internal systems are robust, scalable, and provide a world-class experience for all employees
- Design and implement scalable processes for the zero-touch deployment and remote management of company devices across our global locations
- Serve as the primary technical support contact for internal teams, providing expert troubleshooting and guidance to resolve complex IT issues
- Continuously evaluate and upgrade our hardware and software catalog to provide employees with premium tools and a frictionless work environment
- Collaborate with internal support teams and external service providers to expand our internal helpdesk with high-quality documentation and video tutorials
- Serve as the central administrator for internal productivity and communication tools, including Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Confluence, Jira, and JumpCloud
- Optimize user onboarding and offboarding workflows to ensure secure and efficient access management
- Actively monitor system health and resolve technical escalations to maintain high levels of internal service availability

Lucas Bremer
(Co-Founder & CPO)Prior to co-founding quantilope, they were predominantly involved in academic research. This included spells studying Quantitative Marketing Research at Hamburg University, and Bayesian Statistics at Columbia Business School and The University of Michigan.
Dr. Thomas Fandrich
(Co-Founder, Board Member & Advisor)Was quantilope's COO until 2018, then Chief Commercial Offer before becoming Chief Growth Officer in early 2022. Previously researched Marketing Science at the University of Kiel, Germany, and Özyeğin University, Turkey.
