Role
Who you are
- 4+ years of product marketing, marketing, or product management experience in B2B technology, preferably SaaS or ad tech
- Strong familiarity with tools such as Marketo, Asana, Google Workspace, Pendo, Miro, Tableau, ChatGPT, Google Analytics, Jira, Coda, and Salesforce, and the ability to manipulate data sets for insights
- Experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT to enhance content creation, optimize workflows, and support decision-making
- Understanding of programmatic advertising or ad tech ecosystems is preferred but not required
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, foster productive debates, and craft narratives that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content across multiple mediums
- Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills to engage with colleagues, teams, and external stakeholders
What the job involves
- As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead go-to-market strategies for Magnite’s products and services, translating technical details into compelling narratives that drive adoption and revenue growth
- You’ll leverage market insights, competitive analysis, and strategic product direction to craft messaging that differentiates Magnite in the ad tech ecosystem
- You’ll work cross-functionally to launch impactful campaigns, develop best-in-class enablement tools, and provide critical input to the product planning process
- Whether crafting narratives for sales or launching new features, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and act as a key driver of success for our product marketing team
- The role reports to the Director, Product Marketing
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to design and execute GTM strategies that drive product adoption and revenue. Expand the depth and breadth of GTM launches and associated integrated marketing campaigns, with measurable outcomes
- Sales Enablement + Content: Develop high-quality enablement materials centered on storytelling, including presentations, interactive web content, datasheets, demo videos, solution guides, and more, to support the commercialization of our products
- Messaging and Positioning: Craft differentiated product messaging that aligns with Magnite’s brand narratives, enhancing competitive positioning in the market
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Partner with cross-functional teams, analysts, and clients to gain insights into the competitive landscape and guide product strategy
- AI and Automation: Use advanced tools, including LLMs such as ChatGPT, to streamline the development of marketing assets, improve team productivity, and enhance campaign effectiveness
Our take
Due to the rise in mobile and smart devices in recent years, the way in which advertisement publishers must format their ads is changing. A key example of this is TV, advertisements that present immediate calls to action within a Connected TV user interface, but publishing ads in such a format is currently inaccessible to most publishers.
Magnite provides a sell-side omnichannel advertisement platform for publishers, focused on facilitating the selling of advertising on all formats including CTV, mobile, desktop, and audio. In addition to facilitating the buying and selling of omnichannel ads, the company also provides a real-time ad performance dashboard, data protection and compliance tools, and insights into buying and selling patterns.
Whilst other omnichannel advertisement platforms present significant competition to the company, Magnite stands out by providing an end-to-end marketplace for the buying, selling, management, and analysis of ads. Furthermore, by focussing its efforts on cutting-edge formats such as CTV, the company shows great potential to futureproof itself within the advertisement industry.
