Who you are
- We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple roles, and takes pride in delivering a white-glove candidate experience
- 6+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth technology environment
- Proven ability to build trust and rapport with hiring managers and leaders across different functions
- Demonstrated commitment to providing a superior candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Comfortable working on multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior leaders and executives
- Familiarity with ATS systems like Greenhouse and proficiency in Google Suite tools (GMail, GCal, GDocs, GSheets, Gemini)
- A polished and professional work presence, especially when interacting with Metropolis executives
What the job involves
- As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in driving the future of seamless experiences by attracting, hiring, and onboarding top-tier technical talent
- You will collaborate closely with senior leaders across Engineering, ensuring that we not only meet our immediate hiring needs but also anticipate future staffing requirements
- Identify and engage exceptional candidates for hard to fill technical roles
- Partner with hiring teams to manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and extending offers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams, ensuring alignment on hiring needs and strategies
- Provide a white-glove experience to all candidates, guiding them smoothly through each stage of the hiring process
- Track and communicate key recruiting metrics, candidate pipelines, and progress updates to internal stakeholders
- Build and sustain a pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities, anticipating the needs of our rapidly growing teams
- Ensure efficient candidate flow and data integrity within our applicant tracking system
- Craft compelling job descriptions and structured interview plans, ensuring consistency and clarity throughout the process
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and extend offer letters that reflect both candidate expectations and company standards
