Who you are
- 5+ years of sales experience within SaaS sales
- 2+ years of closing strategic level deals. Bonus points for experience with 6-figure deals!
- Strong prospecting, territory & account planning, and team-selling experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Command of Message and MEDDPICC experience with a solid level of comfortability to hit the ground running
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking skills and leverage data to make informed decisions
- Curious mindset: always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and give/receive feedback

What the job involves
- The Large Enterprise team is a critical component of our go-to-market strategy as we look to innovate the Miro journey for customers by focusing on our highest potential customer accounts
- You will join a highly motivated, upbeat sales team that takes pride in nurturing existing relationships, finding new users, running strategic sales cycles, and delivering the Miro value proposition to a wide base of accounts across various industries
- As a Large Enterprise Account Executive, you will focus on annual and quarterly deal cycles, by expanding / renewing existing customers with 5k+ full-time employees -- including Fortune 500 accounts
- Key responsibilities include: landing net-new customers to Miro, managing the Miro footprint and growth at our install base, building relationships with key stakeholders, and selling the value of Miro
- You’ll work collaboratively with our Customer Success, Solutions Enginnering, and Marketing/events teams
- Grow revenue from Miro's largest and most strategic customers
- Source pipeline via a deliberate focus on outbound prospecting into senior executives within the Engineering, Product, & Design functions
- Build a deep understanding of your customer's strategic objectives and use this knowledge to develop compelling value hypotheses
- Identify, build, and test Executive level Champions across your territory
- Drive pipeline velocity and maintain forecasting hygiene via a clear understanding of MEDDPICC and the Miro sales process
- Collaborate with Marketing and the SDR team to execute campaigns
- Conduct effective discovery and demonstrations, partnering with the customer success team to run successful pilots
- Blueprint and drive best practices across the sales organization

Millions of employees worldwide have moved to remote working, but existing tools are holding back the potential for collaboration. Tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams already provide remote communication platforms to millions of users, but they generally compromise on features required to emulate the team collaboration experience.
Miro has created a platform that provides enterprise tools such as collaborative whiteboards and mind-map software into an accessible and integrated service. As opposed to providing an 'all-in-one' add on, Miro allows businesses to customize and integrate the tools and resources within their individual platform to cater to the team's specific requirements.
Miro’s initial strategy of offering free and discounted subscriptions and then moving to paid models has paid off. The platform currently has over 35 million users and is trusted by enterprises such as VMware, Zendesk and Frog. As part of its ongoing battle with Zoom, Miro acquired video-chat startup Around in 2022, to remain competitive in the market.
