- We are now hiring a Head of Product, Money Movement to lead the team building the products that power how money moves in, out, and across Phantom
- This includes onramps, stablecoins, send, spend, cards, payments, and global expansion
- This is a rare opportunity to lead at the intersection of fintech scale, crypto speed, and product excellence
- Lead and Scale: Build and coach a high-talent team of PMs and cross-functional partners across Send, Spend, Onramps, Cards, and Payments, raising the bar on speed, craft, and impact
- Set the Pace and Ambition: Define a bold, multi-year product vision for global money movement aligned with Phantom’s strategy
- Ship at Scale: Launch elegant, trusted products that make sending, spending, and storing digital dollars instant and universal
- Drive Adoption of CASH: Grow stablecoin usage across Phantom’s products and integrations with partners, merchants, and peer-to-peer payments while maintaining strong safety and compliance
- Manage Risk and Trust: Oversee KYC, fraud, and compliance systems to balance growth with user and regulatory trust
- Expand Globally: Partner with business development, engineering, and external partners to scale Phantom’s financial rails internationally
- Collaborate Deeply: Work across engineering, design, legal, marketing, and partnerships to execute with focus and precision
Our take
Cryptocurrency wallets provide a way to protect secret information that gives users control over your digital assets. Many crypto enthusiasts prefer the wallet option as non-custodial wallets remove the third-party option and users gain full control over their data. Phantom is a cryptocurrency wallet that creates a space for users to buy, send, receive, swap tokens and collect NFTs.
Phantom hosts the Solana blockchain, though Ethereum is generally more popular within the crypto world, Solana is said to have faster speeds and lower transaction costs. Offering the same wallet features as its competitors, the company are setting itself apart with newer features like the “Burn NFTs” feature allowing users to remove spam NFTs sent by attackers and support them in dodging NFT theft prevalent in the sector. The company prides itself on extremely high-security factors.
Founded in 2021 the company already has an impressive firm valuation of $1.2 billion. It might not be in the top-rated crypto wallets out there yet but the young company will likely join this list if it continues on this upward trajectory and continues to diversify itself by adding special features and product offerings.
