Role
Who you are
- You have extensive experience building and running large-scale systems on AWS
- You have a good understanding of observability, reliability, scalability and application security best practices
- You are proficient in Golang
- You have extensive experience with Kubernetes and EKS
- You are familiar with our observability stack (Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Cortex)
- You love working with a team of engineers and are not afraid to challenge the status quo
- You’re an expert at conveying information efficiently
- You are a curious learner and eager to try new things
What the job involves
- Work alongside product engineering teams to drive solutions which are reliable, scalable and observable
- Identify and enhance the core software and platform components that enable our teams to build, deploy, and operate efficiently
- Deliver software to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of our observability components
- Identify, automate and remove repetitive tasks and manual toil from our day to day operations
- Observe and improve performance, reduce cost, and improve the experience of our customers
- Support root cause analysis using your holistic knowledge of systems and software to support our teams in identifying and fixing potential issues

The cloud-native payment operating system streamlines payment acceptance. The platform allows you to integrate new payment integrations, design customer payment experiences and ease the movement of money, targeting the biggest problem areas that are identified.
The company was initially backed by Andreessen Horowitz and has since acquired a seed extension for its efforts. The digital payments market is projected to double over the next decade so it’s an affluent space to be a part of for the scaling FinOps platform. The company aims to continue to address the market gap by offering a comprehensive solution tailored to the needs of high-growth businesses.
