Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a SaaS or Digital-Native company
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Outreach, and Salesforce is a must
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment where change is the norm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What the job involves
- In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing the efficiency and scalability of our marketing efforts, ensuring that our processes and campaigns are optimized to achieve maximum impact
- Administer and optimize the use of our marketing technology stack including HubSpot, Outreach, and Salesforce and other tools
- Own and lead marketing operations: help to create processes and manage marketing operations
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for marketing effectiveness
- Manage and optimize lead scoring, segmentation, and targeting to improve marketing and sales alignment and effectiveness
- Ensure data quality and manage database health to enable advanced segmentation, campaign targeting, and personalized marketing
- Develop and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact
- Work cross-functionally to establish and refine lead management processes
- Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
- Create and manage integrated marketing team processes
