Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of front-end engineering experience, building sophisticated web applications
- Deep expertise in React & TypeScript – you know how to structure scalable front-end codebases
- Performance optimization experience – you care about bundle sizes, hydration strategies, and runtime efficiency
- Familiarity with state management (e.g., Zustand, Redux, or Recoil) and component libraries (e.g., Radix, ShadCN, or custom-built)
- An eye for great UX – you understand design, usability, and accessibility beyond just writing code
- Testing experience – familiarity with Jest, Testing Library, Playwright, and modern CI/CD workflows
- Strong analytical skills – ability to navigate complex trading and analytics workflows
- Great communication and collaboration skills – able to work well in a team and foster positive working relationships
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset – a team player with a can-do attitude
