Role
Who you are
- 8+ years of progressive benefits experience, with at least 4 years managing global benefits programs
- Deep expertise in U.S. benefits compliance including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA
- Demonstrated experience managing benefits in international markets (UK, EU, APAC), including knowledge of statutory entitlements, in-country compliance requirements, and local vendor ecosystems
- Proven track record of leading benefits program design and benchmarking in high-growth or technology environments
- Experience managing and negotiating contracts with benefits brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators (TPAs)
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and benefits administration systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to model plan costs, conduct ROI analysis, and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
- Experience leading open enrollment end-to-end, including communications planning, system configuration, and employee education

What the job involves
- In this role, you will own the strategy, design, and administration of CoreWeave's benefits programs across countries and jurisdictions
- You'll partner closely with Legal, Finance, and People Operations to ensure our programs remain compliant with local regulations while staying fiercely competitive in a fast-moving talent market
- Day-to-day, you'll manage vendor relationships, lead open enrollment cycles, drive global benefits benchmarking, and advise leadership on benefits strategy as we enter new markets
- You'll operate as both a strategic thought partner and a hands-on executor — comfortable moving from executive-level presentations to plan document reviews in the same afternoon. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a benefits leader who thrives in a scaling, international environment
