Role
Who you are
- In the last fiscal year, Ash increased its revenue by over 100% and is now seeking new team members who have experience in developing and scaling startups
- As a fast-paced tech startup, we value employees who can take ownership of projects, pivot easily, and iterate until they achieve success
- We are seeking passionate and ambitious individuals who revel in the challenge of hunting and closing new logos
- Requires completion of a four-year bachelor's degree, preferably in business or a relevant discipline
- Normally requires a minimum of seven (7)+ years related and progressively responsible experience
- Knowledge of healthcare / healthtech is required
- Experience in selling solutions in the Healthcare, Health Plans, and Pharmacy Industry preferred
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, for the purpose of preparing and executing plans, leading discussions, and meetings internally and with clients, generating reports and disseminating information
- Strong interpersonal and partnership skills; ability to develop and maintain cooperative business relationships, internally and externally
- Thorough understanding of contract development, implications, obligations, and management
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a competitive enterprise sales environment
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to build and nurture relationships and navigate organizations
- A passion for consultative selling, backed by strong negotiation and closing skills
- Driven by the pursuit of personal and professional success, with a hunger to maximize commission earnings

- As an Senior Sales Executive at Ash, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our organization and expanding an already impressive footprint in the digital health, payors, public health, and pharma industries

- This position is an in-person role based in our NYC office

- Lead the identification, pursuit, and successful closure of high-value, multi-million-dollar deals with enterprise accounts. Utilize a combination of market insight, relationship-building prowess, solution expertise, and consultative approach, and act as a strategic partner
- Take charge of your pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential enterprise clients as well as working on qualified demand that our marketing engine generates
- Employ a strategic approach to prospecting, ensuring a healthy mix of both quantity and quality in your pipeline

Founded in 2019, Ash Wellness is an end-to-end platform that offers remote diagnostics solutions to businesses and healthcare providers. It was created to help facilitate a healthcare environment that is both inclusive and accessible to all, which includes those who cannot travel out to receive healthcare.
Its white-label testing solution offers customizable tests based on client needs, with over 10 partner labs to deliver results - and upwards of 50,000 tests already completed since Ash was launched. With tech advances improving the quality and connectivity of portable equipment and communications, it's proving an innovative way of addressing the thousands of medically underserved areas in the United States.
The market, however, is correspondingly competitive.
