Who you are

3–5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
Experience in SaaS, HealthTech, or startups
Skilled at building trust and communicating clearly
Organised, proactive, and great at juggling priorities
Commercial mindset with a deep care for customer outcomes
Comfortable moving fast and figuring things out on the fly

Desirable

Know your way around NHS or GP practices
Understand SaaS and automation tools
Use data to guide decisions

What the job involves

Guide qualified leads to signed contracts, working with Sales and Ops to align scope and timelines
Ensure seamless handovers from sales to onboarding
Be the trusted face of GP Automate for each practice
Stay close - monitoring usage, feedback, and sentiment to stay ahead of issues
Partner with Delivery for frictionless onboarding
Educate users on features, best practices, and shortcuts to ROI
Lead account reviews, renewals, and upsells
Capture insights and share with Product, Ops, and Tech
Help us learn fast, fix what’s broken, and double down on what works

Interview with internal stakeholders (CEO, Head of Growth) (1 hour)
