Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in a fast paced recruiting environment preferably within the tech or AI space
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and technologies, including machine learning, data science, and software development
- Experience building pipelines from scratch using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proficiency in using Greenhouse or similar ATS and other recruitment tools
- Partnering with Hiring Managers to support the long term growth of their teams
- Experience negotiating offers
- Expert knowledge of labor laws in the European counties in which we operate
What the job involves
- We are looking for a contract technical recruiter based in Amsterdam or the UK to support our growing presence in Amsterdam and the UK
- You will be responsible for building pipeline and closing candidates as well as partnering with hiring managers around the world to develop headcount plans and organization design
- This role will cover both technical and non-technical roles, a breadth of experience is preferred
- Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to identify, source, and hire highly qualified candidates with a strong emphasis on candidate experience and stakeholder management
- Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to understand hiring needs, required skills and qualifications, priorities
- Source candidates through various channels
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation, closing and onboarding
- Enhance recruiting processes and programs while maintaining an inclusive and extremely high-talent bar
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and feedback throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress to management
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoy juggling multiple priorities
