• Unity Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support key executives across several business units. As a strategic partner and the first line of communication for our leaders, you will work closely with executives, other assistants, and employees across the company to ensure a seamless and effective workflow
• Manage extensive calendars and balance conflicting priorities across global time zones with meticulous attention to detail
• Organize and coordinate complex global business travel, including accommodations and transportation, to ensure a flawless experience
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all logistics and budget for team onsites, offsites, and other team events
• Prioritize complex task lists and meet deadlines with little direction
• Proactively collaborate with all levels of the organization—executives, stakeholders, internal teams, external vendors and clients—to get things done
• Maintain a positive and focused attitude while working in a fast-paced environment with competence and confidence
